Everything was nice and looked very pretty with all the Christmas decor. We did not use the pool , but it was clean and looked nice. Our room was perfect. We enjoyed our stay .Loved the tree.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Nice to have indoor pool and hot tub. One of reason I went there is granddaughter wanted the game room. That was a major disappointment. No actual games, just several of the machines where you try to grab little toys/stuffed animals.

I booked pur stay through a 3rd party. Somehow the 3rd party or the hotel website didnt relay our reservation. So when we checked in later in the evening they didnt have our reservation. Fortunately, they had a room avaliable but it really didnt fit our family's needs but it worked for the night. They didnt have any rooms for the next night. So we had to change hotels. I wasnt happy about that. And i wasnt happy that i had to pay almost $50 more than what i had booked the room for. As long as doesnt happen next time i would consider staying at the hotel. It was very nice and the staff were friendly.

did not use the hot tub, did not like the fact the everyone parked in the handicap parking spots even though they had no handicap tag. persons with a tag had to park in the regular lot. had issues with the lock on our door had to have maintenance work on it several times. stayed 3 days and served same exact breakfast all 3 days link sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy.

Bathroom had not been cleaned well. There was dust and dirt buildup in the corners and something on the base of the toilet. Tub wall had a small crack as well. Water pressure was lacking. TV was dusty. Heating and air conditioning until control panel was missing buttons and required pressing buttons repeatedly to change functions or temperature settings. Pool area was nice with pool, kiddy pool and a hot tub. Staff were nice enough but not overly friendly.

The hotel was nice and in a place that would be easy to get anywhere. Unfortunately there was a car gathering with thousands of extremely noisy cars that cruised up and down all roads and it took forever to get anywhere. I will stay there again and go back when it is quieter.
