Everything was nice and looked very pretty with all the Christmas decor. We did not use the pool , but it was clean and looked nice. Our room was perfect. We enjoyed our stay .Loved the tree.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Nice to have indoor pool and hot tub. One of reason I went there is granddaughter wanted the game room. That was a major disappointment. No actual games, just several of the machines where you try to grab little toys/stuffed animals.

Slammedenuff was in town, very noisy all day and night (due to being put in a room facing the main road) traffic worse and more congested than usual, room didn't get very cool with A/C set on 60-65 degrees, toilet flushed very loudly, water pressure was mid, room was a little smaller than expected.

There were so many shops and business within a less than 10 minute walk if not closer.. The view was beautiful. The staff was so friendly. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip to pigeon forge

A beautiful area. However very disappointed in accommodations. The noise from other guest was awful. Room was facing roadside and it was awful to hear the traffic. Asked for riverside. Great Hotel for a Lower Price

Econo Lodge Pigeon Forge is our go to hotel when in the Pigeon Forge area. It's always clean. The beds are comfortable and it is one of the nicest hotels in the area for the cost. The indoor pool area is large and always clean. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants and just a few short minutes away from The Island that so many love to visit. May want to bring your own pillow.

Stayed there 3 nights. The room was clean when we got there. They never cleaned it for the 3 nights we were there. The first night all they done was bring clean towels. After that they never brought clean towels and they never made the bed up at all. The room staff is the only thing I didn’t like. There were no room cleaning staff at all. Would not stay there again because of that.

All in all, a great place to stay

This is literally the cutest little place. We were only there for 3 nights and we had a pretty packed schedule so we did not get to use the hot tub or pool but both looked clean and safe. The room was clean and very comfy. It had everything that we needed. Didn't care for the breakfast but in a town with a million breakfast options, who cares. It wasn't bad, just not my taste in food. It would have been nice to have bagels or muffins and more fruit possibly. It was pretty much sausage, eggs, gravy, biscuits, toast, or fruit cup, but I didn't expect a 5 star meal for the price. I would definitely stay again. Very convenient to attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

Awesome!!! Front Desk Staff was amazing & Friendly!!! Helped us out several times during our stay... Location is in the middle of everything, whether going to Sevierville or Gatlinburg... Room are clean, updated and comfy... Breakfast options are great for the start of the day... We will stay here again most definitely!!!! You should too!!!!
