This was definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel ever. Firstly, the trek from the lobby to our room was about a quarter of a mile. If you are handicapped, definitely don’t stay here. When we entered the room, it was freezing. We turned the thermostat up to 73 and left to go to the water park. When we returned, it was still freezing. Maintenance came and supposedly fixed the issue. The mattresses were terrible. They seemed to be box spring. None of us slept well and were sore the next morning. We returned to the indoor water park. That was the primary focus of the stay for our 7 year old daughter. Unfortunately, none of the kid slides were operational. That would have been nice to have known when booking. We definitely would not have stayed had we known this. She did enjoy the wave pool and the arcade. Back at the room, the thermostat was again not working. It was so cold we slept in hoodies and jackets. We contemplated leaving instead of staying the second night because of the horrendous beds and frigid room. I wish I had just slept in the car. I had to visit the chiropractor to undo the damage to my back from the mattress. We usually stay at Country Cascades, but thought we’d try something new. Definitely won’t make that mistake again.

I feel like I was over charged I stayed in the executive suite when I checked the total it was 216 fo up to 4 ppl welll when I booked it didn’t go back and put all my ppl in and when I got there they charged me for 2 more ppl my total of ppl was 4 plus a 2 year old I was very disappointed we have stayed here many times and have never had this

Well a big part of waterpark was closed. Not listed. Expedia quoated a price that was supposed to be the total including taxes and fees. WRONG!!! We was charged almost $100.00 more at checkin. So our Expedia price cost our kids there game cards. We only took enough to pay the balance and for our kids game cards. Thanks for making our special needs children the worst vacation ever.

Beds were like sleeping on stone slabs, pillows not comfortable, rooms could use some upgrading, from what we paid to stay there we could've stayed at an upscale hotel. You're just paying for waterpark tickets basically. The ice skating rink and parts of waterpark were closed most of the time. The old hot tub was way better than the new design next to a bunch of rowdy teenagers, the one place to actually relax you couldn't. That was our 5th time staying and looking to go elsewhere.
