The rooms were clean but the staff was not very commutative about what times the indoor water park closed & was very limited with helping with certain areas of the resort. Do not recommend staying through the week days if you plan on using the indoor water parks after 8pm

We loved everything about our stay except our room was never cleaned but the cleaning lady was at our door an hour before check out asking when we were leaving so she could clean. Why didn’t she clean our room sat afternoon while we were gone? But she was there pushing us out at the end of our trip??

A great time at Wilderness

Excellent stay overall! The rooms are so comfortable and clean! Only complaint is that we wish the setup at stone hill lodge was better with easier access from rooms to parking or maybe multiple different access points would be better. It’s a lot of unnecessary walking and up and down elevators to get your stuff from your car into your room. However, the property and rooms overall are awesome as well as the water parks and arcades and things to do for the kids! Our two kiddos age 6 and 7 love it here. The food on site is a little over priced but every is these days. Would definitely recommend it here over and over again for families.

I like the fact is that it's convenient. There is enough amenities and activities to keep you busy. Our room, wasn't the cleanest. The floor had food on it. The bathroom had an old shampoo bottle on the floor. Those were the only things I didn't like. The room was updated.
