Room: As soon as we walked into the room, my sinus started acting up due to dust, the 1 thing I am allergic to. Room wasn't terrible but the Comforters were almost crispy and very uncomfortable. Indoor Pool: HEAVY chlorine odor to the point of burning your eye. The area felt hot but water was cold and they had a giant 'Big Ass' Fan (brand name) swirling at full tilt making being out of the cold water even worse. I almost lost my hair piece in the wind. Mini-golf course on site: Don't bother, tiny and in bad disrepair. Game room: 8 Machines/Games, 3 worked Noise level: Our room was on the 1st floor close to the game room and pool entrance. Kids running by screaming until 1 am. Avoid room 1117 and those close to that one. I wouldn't book here again.......

The indoor pool room was extremely hot! Could only stay to watch the kids play for short intervals. So hot you could barely breathe. Room was infested with stink bugs. We killed 10+ in our 4 days not including the dead ones in the light fixtures.

Wouldn’t advise paying extra for the Christmas package but all in all it was nice and great location. Also don’t get your kids hyped for mini golf; that’s a mess.

Our room had dead bugs in it, boogers on the bathroom wall, sink sprayer was leaking. The boards on stairs headed up the slides was loose and broke. One of them pinched my daughter’s foot, we spoke to a life guard and they shrugged it off. The paint on the floor and areas around the pool was actually peeling. Covered our youngest daughter in it. The boards Never got fixed, we spoke with a manager bout a partial refund at least and they didn’t seem to care either. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Clean rooms but we had the door near the new elevator so it was kind of noisy but it did not disturb us. I wish there was another couch or chair in the room because the some in our post has no where to sit but we made do: nice hotel.

Very poor experience- outdoor pool was closed- indoor is very small and congested- you cannot use hot water because it fiys 5-6 people and people use it as a personal pool - there was no room in the other pools. The mini goof was a mess- no maintenance - it wasnot even playable- Smell in the rooms- seema filthy You do t feel like using their utensils in the kitchen - they arenot even clean. - pictures doesnot show the correct property - this is just a hotel room- dont pay more if you are thinking of this as a resort. - Sorry for these comments- but I was completely disappointed. , Inpaid 150 extra thinking kids will have fun and this is a resort but I think I could have a better experience in any hotel.
