They need to clean the floor of the room because they only change the towels and do not clean or change the sheets. Otherwise everything is perfect.

I enjoyed our stay. They do have some sort of policy of not allowing DoorDash to bring food upstairs which I think they should remove. Our dasher made his way up anyways. Other than that, it was a good stay! Would definitely stay again.

Great location, better parking than the Margheritaville Hotel and closer to the island. Inn was quiet during my stay and the staff were very welcoming. Its a very clean place and loved the balcony. Room was average size but they were able to cram all the standard amenities you would expect. Indoor pool and exercise room was pretty small but since it wasnt busy during my stay that was not a problem. The free breakfast was pretty good some hot items along with the normal continental breakfast items. All in all I would recommend to stay here if you love the island and want this to be your primary focus during your stay in pigeon forge.

It was good but the breakfast was not that good. The eggs were mushy, potatoes was kind of dry. But location was good and hot tub and pool were nice as well. Overall it was good just not a big fan of the breakfast.

We stayed here a few days before Christmas and really enjoyed our time at the hotel and surrounding areas. It is super convenient to The Island as well as the bike/walking path through Pigeon Forge. The lobby is nice and has a great smell. My favorite amenity is the free bike rental. You can hop right on the bike path. I would stay here again if rates are reasonable. The room is just a basic hotel room, but has a fun vibe.our son enjoyed the indoor pool and the workout room.

Very disappointed

Our stay was very nice but we were very disappointed in our experience at check out. We had booked two nights and were so excited to stay there for the first time. We had to make a hard decision to check out after the first night. A bad winter storm was headed to VA. the next day and we had mountains to go over covered with ice and snow to get home. We needed to get ahead of the storm to be safe. We are in our 70’s and could not take the chance of an accident to stay one more night. The front desk instructed us to contact your company and request help with a refund. We spoke with one of your operators who asked us to hold while she contacted the hotel we were at. She came back on the phone and said the hotel manager said we were free to check out but they would do nothing to help us. When we checked out I asked to speak to the manager. He said he did not say any of that. The room was paid for by a third party credit card and that it was your company that would be the one to make a decision about helping us. He said there was nothing he could do because our credit card did not pay the hotel. We used to live in a world where people cared and would offer something in the way of help under those circumstances. We would have never cut our trip short and have lost the money for the room if we could have done anything else. We are retired and that trip was one we had looked forward to. Your phone operator offered nothing in the way of a solution.
