Great stay! Clean, festive and convenient property in a very fun area with plenty of dining and entertainment options. Perfect for our family getaway and a trip to Dollywood. Everyone at the hotel was welcoming, friendly, and helpful from checking in at the front desk to breakfast to housekeeping. Great value as well. I'd stay again!

The staff were amazing and extremely friendly. Very clean and in the ❤️ of everything. The only reason for the 4 stars: it was so loud at the outdoor pool area. The large air conditioning is right above the really cute fire pit area which is next to the pool. So, relaxing by the pool wasn’t relaxing. Couldn’t have a conversation without shouting😭

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for the first time and absolutely loved it! The hotel felt so nice and clean it made it so much more comfortable. We loved how cozy our room was and really enjoyed going out on the balcony and looking around the city. The breakfast has good options for everyone and my family had so much fun swimming in the pools. The staff were very kind and helpful, very welcoming and the lobby is so inviting. The hotel is in the perfect location to walk to the island, dinner shows, museums and so much more. This hotel is doing everything right and I give this 10/10, a top place to stay in pigeon forge, would DEFINITELY recommend and stay again in the future!

It was just okay. The house keeping don’t speak English. The room was just okay. No carpet and hard wood floors. And every room has a balcony so no point in even getting the best room. No difference. Breakfast was not good at all btw. Microwaves potatoes. Waffles have no flavor.

Good location

The Hotel was in a great location, all was good , but the only thing was the air conditioner was really loud and didn't make for a good nights sleep, also, the balcony had a big 1x6 board around it which obstructed our view, other than that , it was really good!

After staying at multiple Margaritaville properties, we had very high expectations for this hotel. Considering the price we paid for the room, we were disappointed. Our room had a very musty smell and felt damp. Even with the AC turned down, we could never get it comfortably cool in the room. While this comes with the location, it was very noisy all throughout the night. Staff was kind and helpful and we enjoyed being close to the Island. However, we will not be returning to this hotel.
