Pool area dirty! Restroom at pool terrible! Dirty stairwells with ventilation system trash stuffed at bottom. Very nice staff and fun lazy river if you can overlook dirty condition of pool area.

Weed smell everywhere. Room smelled horrible of just cover up fragrances and was nauseating. Tiles falling out if bathroom cieling. Had do not disturb on door and housekeeping still came in room. Found 2 live cockroaches as well. Highly disappointed. Pics and advertising online was nothing like actual hotel. 1 of like 4 elevators only worked. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. Everything else was terrible

Stayed for 2 nights. Bed is firm and pillows flat so I did not sleep well. Carpet in room was heavily stained in traffic areas. Room stunk of carpet cleaner. The faucet dripping and toilet cycling all night long. No outlet for USB. No suitcase stand. No extra blanket. Requested another room for 2nd night. New room was not much better. Curtain was off track and damaged. Do not recommend this Hotel. It was rated 3 star but should not even be rated at 1 star.

Honestly this place is a safety hazard. Hot tub had some kind of cord running from the wall to another place on the wall what i seen. Didn't look like a ordinary hot tub, no jets just a corner tub. Hotel was way out of date. Dirty carpets. Wires on walls, door from outside left ajar. Trash piles in parking lot. Staff was very nice. People also said the breakfast was a joke no place to seat and eat so i didn't even bother with it. Was suppose to stay to nights checked out the next morning and my friend got us a room at the Drury it was really nicer

Everything they advertised was a lie. It was filthy. The pool area was dark and stunk like sour water. Though they did have a indoor pool, lazy river and jacuzzi the jacuzzi was luke warm, had no jets and stunk. The rooms had dirty carpets, missing light bulbs, no charging stations, only one electric outlet we had to take turns charging our devices, the phone didn't work, the tv was tiny, the heater in the bathroom had the bulbs removed, the beds were well beyond used, they were lumpy and sunk in and we had a hard time getting comfortable enough to get a nights sleep. The breakfast had excessively salted watery gravy and uncooked sausage links. The waffles and the shower in the bathroom were the only positive things about our stay. Also only one elevator was in operation. Very bad reflection on Choice Hotel. This hotel desperately needs a total remodel as it is in a great location but I will NOT stay again

The bed was hard. The pool area was unkempt. The breakfast waz severely lacking; sausage hasn't cooked, eggs weren't good, gravy for biscuits very runny and liquidy, apple juice tasted on the verge of rancid. The noise of the kids running/bouncing overhead was very loud. Only one of the 2 elevators worked. Very disappointing

The pictures are not a clear representation of the property. There were a lot of defects in our room. Broken curtain, broken drawers, roach bugs, the beds were sunk in, there was a missing handle on one drawer, there was a hole in the first drawer of the night stand. The carpeting needs replaced. We will not be staying at this location on our next trip.

The hotel was in a good location, close to just about everything. The one elevator, originally working, decided to get stuck on 2nd floor with family in it. When it finally came to lobby, it would not work at all and had to walk up to 4th floor to our room.

Do not stay here. The lure of the lazy river and hot tub isn’t but dirty murky water just waiting to make you sick by just the smell. The rooms are so bad. The halls and the elevator are in renovations where they have no baseboards, missing wiring, and it should be shut down. The rooms are not clean and have mold and water damage all through out the bathrooms.

Staff was very nice!!!! Its an older Hotel and was pretty clean. Mattress not the best but on a budget I would recommend. Lots of families there due to the lazy river. Breakfast was Great.
