Pros: conveniently located. Cons: room not cleanest. Had to buy cleaner and clean bathroom and fridge personally. We had 4 people and they ALWAYS only gave us a maximum of 3 towels, and SOMETIMES 3 washclothes, but usually only 2 washcloths. Lazy river and indoor pool were high selling points and they were FREEZING and bottom of lazy river very jagged and uneven. Extremely outdated pictures ss rooms were NOT as advertised.

DO NOT DO IT!!! My goodness! This place was an absolute dump! After spending 12 hours at Dollywood, we decided not to drive home & instead stay in Pigeon Forge. I knew my options were limited, as most hotels were sold out. But, we chose this one…MISTAKE. First, they make you pay a cleaning fee at the hotel in cash. Cleaning fee?!? The last customer’s shampoo & toiletries were still in the bath tub! The sink was stopped up & the water wouldn’t go down! The shower head was duct-taped to the wall! The floors were disgusting. There is a hole in the ceiling where the exhaust fan USED to be & the bathroom light didn’t work. There were no lamps in the rooms & the electrical sockets didn’t have covers on them. I travel A LOT, & I can say without reservation, this was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in…or attempted to stay in. We left. We were there all of an hour & left.

Don’t Stay Here If You Plan to Sleep
Numerous things kept my son and I from getting any sort of sleep at all- extremely loud AC unit, lights on balcony could not be turned off so room was as bright as day (no blackout curtains), could hear leaking tub faucet and toilet running throughout the night, and neighbors next door decide to converse loudly on their balcony at 3:30am

Property definitely needs an upgrade everywhere. The price is cheap, so if you need a place just to lay your head down to sleep, the price is right. We pretty much stay out all day and just come to the room, to shower and sleep. Staff never said hello and this morning there was a random car behind my truck. Plenty of parking was available, I want to say it was an employee’s car. When I came back down the second time to put stuff in the truck the car was gone.

Check in was super easy. When we arrived to our first room it was not clean. We went back to the front desk and let them know it was not clean. He apologized and gave us another room. No complaints at all with that room. We will stay there again.

Terrible decision for family getaway
No where in listing did it mention this hotel was under construction, we get there and it’s NOTHING like the pictures online. It’s so bad I ever since reached out to hotels.com to make them aware of everything. It mentions a hot tub but it’s nonfiction, says heated pool but it’s not just cold but also dirty looking. They gave us towels in our room but no wash clothes. Room wasn’t even cleaned or vacuumed, only beds made. Mattress was dirty, floors stained, tub dirty, furniture very dated which would have been alright but all scratched up like bought from a yard sale and just visible dust and particles randomly laying about on the furniture, almost as if they didn’t even care. Just so odd but made me even upset to find other bad reviews later on and realizing they are ripping people off and seem to keep getting away with it and they know it. They put such a damper in our family getaway.
