I typically do not write reviews but this hotel was beyond bad. The pictures on the website must be several years old as our room had the same furniture but it is filthy and falling apart. Pool was advertised as heated but it wasn't. Pool area in poor shape. You should just close in for awhile and fix it. Beds not comfortable and the pillows have to be the worst hotel pillows I've ever had. Breakfast was okay though. Presentation wasn't all that put it tasted good. Tub didn't drain very well while showering either. Staff was very friendly.

I looked at the reviews before booking this motel, but none of those reviews captured what my 2 friends and I witnessed. There were no light fixtures on the ceiling; all the lighting was just fluorescent strips of light sawed out of the wall and through the molding. There were huge stains in the carpet along our walk down the hallway. In the room, there were stains on the carpet, wallpaper peeling from the wall, the peep hole had tissue in it, the light fixtures were broken, water stains on the ceiling tile, the furniture was beat up with the wood being exposed underneath, the refrigerator was shimmied with boards to level it out, one of the chairs had a huge rips/slash in the fabric, the concrete on the balcony had chunks out of it, and one of the comforters had what looked like cat claw marks/rips. A complaint was made to a front staff named Seph, about the conditions, but he showed no concern or effort in taking action with the information he was given, he and Chanice, the other staff member, did not seem to care that we were unhappy with our stay and there was not a thank you for staying, safe travels, or well wishes of any kind. We will never stay at this motel again. Make sure to tell everyone we know to avoid this Choice motel location, and think twice about staying at or recommending Choice motels. A letter, with pictures, to corporate requesting a full refund of the room is the top priority!

We had roaches in the room. The front desk gave us a different room and it was just as bad . The ceiling was falling in. The hall was under renovations. It smelled of mold .

The property was clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was a big plus. The lady working the breakfast area was very nice and accommodating! The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Plenty of parking, great location for walking to alot of attractions. The Island is very close. Restaurants close by for walking as well. Dislike: The property was nice but the rooms are NOT as shown on the site. The rooms are VERY dated. Carpet raveling. Bathroom very tiny, but great water pressure 😊 Picture showed Kuerig coffee makers in rooms, that was not the case. They are in the process of remodeling and hopefully the rooms will match the pictures online. I was definitely disappointed at the actual room vs what I saw online and thought I was booking.

They are currently renovating, but the rooms are disgusting. We had dirty bedding and then the shower was leaking. The ceiling above the shower has a hole in it and instead of it being fixed someone had shoved toilet paper in the hole.

I’m gonna be honest. I was excited when I booked this hotel room, mainly for the indoor pool, hot tub, and its nice location to the Island. Also it had decent reviews so it definitely sounded like the perfect location. But when I got there it was nothing like I expected. The carpet was nasty and there was a smell to the room. (Not unbearable but a smell). The pool water looked disgusting and the smell of chlorine was very strong. But what really turned me against the room was on the last day, at about 1am I look on the wall and there is a ROACH. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for a different room, only to be told that there isn’t another room available. And when I asked to see the manager… they conveniently wasn’t there and wouldn’t be back until Monday. (I had to check out Sunday). The only help I was offered was a bottle of bug spray. I will never be back again and I hope whoever reads this will think twice before booking.

We did not get what we booked and prepaid for - a family suite with one king bed, two queen beds, and a sleeper sofa. When we arrived to check-in, we were told it wasn't available and were given adjoining rooms with two queen beds in each. The hotel was in the midst of a remodel and the smells in all the common areas were horrible. I'll assume that will improve once the remodeling is complete. The rooms did not have a bad smell and seemed clean. The beds were comfortable to us. The indoor pool area was also being redone and wasn't all that pleasant. The water seemed clean, though with so much smell of chlorine in the air that my eyes burned without ever getting in the water, I suppose it should have been. Perhaps better ventilation will come once remodeling is finished. Park Tower Inn has real potential, but my family has no intentions of staying there again. We stayed in October of 2025.

The room was clean, however the hotel was a little bit older looking. But they are in the process of remodeling. Staff was friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was open but it’s October so we didn’t get in. We did try the indoor pool though. The hot tub is HOT. There was plenty of parking and honestly it was a great stay.

Pictures are very deceiving. Walls were very dirty and had boogers in several spots. Tables sticky. Shower steamed up the whole room. A/C unit shaky and made loud rattling noises. We didn’t let our children swim in the pool due to the conditions.
