The pools and slides were a big hit for the grandkids. The refillable cups were my least favorite. We brought our cups from the precious year and paid the same price as getting a new cup.

Check in was smooth. Rooms were okay. Noticed some deterioration in certain places and other places needed deeper cleaning. Beds were comfortable. Slides were fun. Pool was fun. Food was good. A lot of games were down in the arcade.

The staff were all friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kids could have stayed at the splash pad area all day every day; they had such a good time! The water slide areas were manned with attentive staff, so it was safe as well as fun. Inside, there were different food choices, so we didn't have to go off site unless we just wanted to. Additionally, the kids have scheduled activities daily; there is a printed schedule, so nothing is missed. They enjoyed things like crafts, storytime, and a nightly dance party. It was a great trip!

Around everything!!! Waterpark, amenities and staff is great. From the quick bite and coffee to the friendly staff at the waterslides no complaints. Only concern is how much the rooms need updating. Just feels like a cheap motel bathroom. The bed is comfortable but it can use more of a higher quality bedding.

We had a really wonderful stay. The room was neat and clean, staff very friendly and helpful, pool fun and refreshing. My kids had a ball! Only downside is arcade and breakfast kind of pricey for large families. Also no takeout containers for breakfast is kind of wasteful.

Disappointed in NO coffee pot in our room. No complimentary coffee or water on the property. The inside slides were not working some of the time. The arcade room is not great—disappointing! We will not return. Not great for the price!
