This hotel is right in the heart of everything, easy stroll to anything on the Gatlinburg strip. And in the morning if you dont want to hit an overpriced pancake house they have a free breakfast of eggs a meat, pancakes/cereal....I eat light for breakfast so its perfect. Great pool and hottub to wind the night out too!

Amazing Hotel

Amazing place to stay. Away from the main street, however close enough to walk too. Hotel was nice and quiet and walls are soundproof. Parking was great in the garage. Breakfast was great with both cold and hot items to select from. Front desk personnel as well as cleaning crew were amazing. River view was always great.

Only thing good is In a good location. Parking garage is a nightmare to park in. Elevator is also a nightmare. My balcony door only has a small aluminum bar that is not very sturdy holding it closed. No lock what so ever. Beds are horrible to sleep in. Not comfy at all. On day of checkout was getting everything together way before checkout and housekeeping opens my door and closes it back after they realize we were in there. Hotel is really outdated and old dingy looking. Had a piece of bread that had been in floor behind the chest for a very long time. Cost is way too much for what it is.

Not a bad place to stay

It was not a bad place to stay. The kids enjoyed the pool had a water slide.2 hot tubs 1 was broken. The room was clean. The bathroom needs to be updated shower is small same with the toilet blow dryer didnt work. But other than that the staff was great. Id stay agian

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Passed the white glove test . Beds comfortable, room very clean no odors . Very pleasant to the eyes and nose . Best location & surprisingly a fordable ! I’m definitely staying again

The breakfast was awful, despite all the advertising of hot and cold breakfast. It took forever to refill the stuff, quality of food was unacceptable. The room was relatively clean but they were short in clean towels and for every item we had to go downstairs. This was even worse with the terrible function of elevators. I don’t recommend it.
