"I have gotten a room there a couple of times, the laundry room has been broken both times and that is one of the amenities that I looked for when booking the room. And there was never enough room for parking."

"This hotel is right next to the Knoxville airport which allows someone to walk from baggage claim to the hotel in 5 minutes. The restaurant and staff at the hotel are wonderful. The problem is the the hotel is old and tired. In our room, we were unable to charge our phone, IPad, etc. Because the outlets available for this use didn't hold our cable plugs securely so the items didn't charge. It could be a great stopover but it needs major updating."

"First person whom checked me in was awesome, then I dealt with Tracy. Incredibly rude, appeared she hates her job. I stood at counter for at least 90 seconds why she took in her “cops” video. When I told her my AC was not working, she responded as though I’m too stupid to operate the controls. Tracy definitely needs some CSR training! Beds are incredibly hard and frame squeaks anytime you move."
