Amazing Budget Hotel

This is the best overall mid-tier hotel we have stayed in. The front desk agent was prompt and friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. Even the pillows were good quality and size - something that is hard to find at hotels these days. The included breakfast buffet was excellent - better than some cook-to-order breakfasts I've had at other chains. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Knoxville.

This hotel is in a busy area along I-75 and looks like other hotels on the outside, but step inside and be welcomed by the friendly staff and enter the fresh, clean, quiet rooms and feel better about your whole trip. Even though this was only a stopover on the way somewhere, we’ll be back!

An Amazing stay

We had a fabulous trip to Knoxville TN. First my best friend and myself got there really early. My best friend was so car sick and really needed to lay down. So I asked 1 if we could check in early and 2nd if we could get 2 queens instead of a king. The lady (I can't remember her name but it starts with a C and she is the lead trainer) she was super amazing!! She got us a room with 2 queen beds and we got to check in like 1030am. She explained everything to me and I just can not say enough about how helpful she was. I'm so happy it was her at the front desk that morning she needs a raise!! Our room was very comfortable. Our beds were very comfortable and we got some the best sleep ever. Housekeeping was on point even though they didn't speak any English but they were very sweet. Ourbeds were changed and clean towels everyday. Our trash was emptied everyday as well. Breakfast was awesome delicious!! If was hot and delicious. And it was a full breakfast. Sausage, Eggs, Biscuits and gravy, waffles, Cereal, toast, muffins, 4 kinds of juice and hot chocolate and coffee. The kickback saved us from eating out in the evening. Taco bar was delicious!! Our check out was very easy and fast. Everything was perfect. A big thank you to the whole staff for everything you did for us. This job can't be easy dealing with the public every day. Oh we were there for the creepy con 2025. It was at the convention center with was about a 20 minute drive. Sorry I didn't take any pics of our hotel
