The only inconvenience we had was no ice in machines. I assume this was because of covid

I suspect that your stay may have been on a weekend when we had several sports teams in house and that they had filled up their coolers. We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused and hope it will not dissuade you from staying with us in the future.

They property was being renovated so our first room had a light socket that was hanging out & the entry area in parking garage had carpet rolls & renovation debris blocking part of the disabled parking area that we needed. Also travelosity booked us a regular room vs a handicap accessible room which we REQUESTED & NEEDED . The first room we had to go out into the hall to turn the direction of the wheelchair could not get inbetween beds to get into bed with wheelchair. They moved us @ 9am the next day to a handicap accessible room in the NEWLY remodeled side of hotel & this was way better! Because of having to move we were late to our family reunion breakfast and kept family waiting an hour.. they were NOT happy with us. Needless to say VERY FRUSTRATING! Staff was excellent tho! Sadly TRAVELOSITY was not. Leary of using a 2nd time.
