Really pleasant and friendly staff from the late night check-in through the breakfast service. Very clean, well taken care of. But this is a no frills hotel. Very conveniently located.

My stay was Amazing! The staff was so nice and accommodating. Our room was clean and quiet. The free tea and coffee were an added extra each morning before going to our conference at the Knoxville Convention Center.
