Loved this place. They had breakfast each morning and someone playing a piano when we walked in. It was surprisingly quiet and it was walkable to Broadway.

I honestly dont believe there was one thing i didnt like. The room was great, the staff were hands down the most amazing people EVER. If there was something I needed and they didnt have it accessible, they had a solution. Love love love this hotel.

My husband and I went here for a get away from the kids. The check in receptionist told us she was "giving us an upgrade" to the presidential suite. We were stuck in a corporate suite, that had no regular bed. They put a double bed in the middle of the room that was not big enough for us, and I had to sleep on a very uncomfortable pull out sofa. Way to ruin our weekend away from the kids.

If you looking for a central location to country music hall of fame and broadway bars, this is a great place to stay. Valet parking is great Not too far from Grand Ole Opry. Not full of young party goers so that’s a plus! I highly recommend this hotel

This is the perfect spot to stay in Nashville. It is so convenient to all the bars, restaurants and shopping. The registration staff was amazing. We were traveling with a baby and they were able to get a checked-in early. The bellhops were not the best. I’m used to staff running over to help us with our luggage and this was not the case. We were traveling with a baby so the extra help would’ve been nice. They attended when we asked but we really should not have had to ask. Overall, great stay!!

We had a late arrival. Everything was paid in full but they decided to give our king room to another guest who requested on their check in. Late night staff was not helpful. We were able to move the next morning. The furniture in both rooms was in need of cleaning and reupostering.

Gone downhill!

Worst check-in experience and customer service ever. The guy checking us in was so rude and gave us no information. Never looked up, never told us anything. Asked for my id and cc, then handed me the keys. No communication, no hotel info, no room number even. I was booked in Executive lounge, park view, paid extra for those features. When I called down from the room, he told me there was no executive lounge with park view and I needed to “shut up long enough so he could explain this to me.” I went down to talk to a manager on 3 separate occasions and each time was told there was no manager on duty. Absolutely unbelievable! The room was old, rips in the sofa, carpet stained, hooks falling off the wall in the bathroom, mirror was filthy. Room service never came and cleaned our room….etc. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and I’m completely shocked at how it has gone downhill. Never got to talk to a manager so I paid for extra services we never received. No compensation, no apology, no offer of moving rooms…just told to shut up by their front desk employee. What a joke of customer service!

This hotel is the perfect location for exploring Downtown Nashville. The coffee shop has Starbucks coffee and snacks which was extremely convenient. The hotel staff and front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
