I asked Valet if the Restaurant was still open Time was 9:08pm He answered What Restaurant I replied The Restaurant here in the hotel He replied “I think it closed at 9PM I replied “i read online that it is open until 10pm I then asked if he could confirm if the restaurant was open He replied “It is not my job” Bottomline Is this what I should expect at Hilton???

I am a Hilton honors person for 30 years, the place we stayed was very tired and noisy AC unit in room was very loud when it came on Ceiling in room 205 had many spider webs and black marks on ceiling We noticed The sink handle in the bathroom is hard to turn water on As mentioned lots of construction noise as well as workers applying wallpaper and fixing walls within the breakfast space
