Okay, but not great.

The staff of this hotel is very friendly and helpful, and the room we had was fine--seemed very clean, beds were comfortable, nice-sized fridge. The problem with the hotel was other guests. We had an outdoor facing room, and the smell of pot was apparent from the outdoors (coming from the first floor sidewalk, we were on the top floor). There was a small gap under our door, and the smell seeped through at night, and then again in the morning--wake and bake! The noise from other guests was also unacceptable. Lots of loud yelling until at least 11pm, again I think coming from the first floor, but clearly could be heard on the third floor. We called the front desk, and it settled down a little later, but at 11pm, it was already too late. This was our second time to stay here, but I don't know if we will be back. I will add that the restaurant is good, also with very friendly service.

The property is very nice and the staff are well educated regarding area events. A suggestion for Expedia, please consider adding the option to upgrade your room to an interior room when booking. You are able to upgrade at check-in for an additional $25.00, but only if there is an interior room available.
