The room was clean, I liked the fact that I could control the temperature. It was comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful as well. The outdoor pool was shaped like a guitar, so if you have kids they might like that. Pretty family friendly. They have a fitness room and laundromat too so if you’re having a longer stay that’s a plus.

The alarm kept going off and it happened on two consecutive days. The bar takes very long to serve. It took over half an hour for me to get food and there was only one server however he adjusted my bill and I was grateful. On the second day the $15 credit was actually added to my bill and I had to request to rectify that. I missed my shuttle because of this. All in all, the hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the rooms are beautiful. I don’t like that they come to clean every three days. Parking was very hard to find. But it is a beautiful hotel.
