The ventilation system was horrible. I have asthma and need my room cool and humidity low to breathe comfortably. This hotel has the worst ventilation in the rooms I have ever encountered! I couldn’t get the room to cool below 71 (I always set my rooms at 68 to breathe comfortably at night) the humidity was sticky in the room all night. I barely got any sleep and due to all this and my exhaustion from it, I had an anxiety attack at the airier! Worse experience ever and did NOT receive my vip benefits! And I DID tell the girl at the front desk about this. I had to checkout early to go to the airport just to try and get my asthma under control. If you have asthma pls PLS do not stay here!!! The best part was the shuttle driver. He was amazing and helped me a lot

It is near the airport so you can hear the planes taking off over the hotel. We brought a fan with us and barely noticed. Had no problem sleeping.

Charged $10 to park in their parking lot. Was not charged this when I stayed there last year. This was not mentioned when I made my reservation.The nickel and diming has to stop. Will be staying elsewhere when I next visit Nashville.

Do not ever, and I mean ever, depend on them for a ride back to the hotel. We waited on them for an hour in the heat. The management is absolutely ridiculous, they will not add another shuttle. There is know shuttle for 2 hotels. The foreigners who own the hotel are ones who are doing everything they can to get a dollar. Read between the lines. Our driver was a great guy, no fault of his. I’m surprised he works there. In the 4 years it’s been open, he’s the only one left. There is currently no front desk supervisor. What does that tell you? We stayed here for the proximity and parking, but we won’t again. Anyway, get an Uber!!

If you like your room to sound like a tarmac, this is for you. Planes are flying overhead all day long. Usually start up around 5am to 11pm. Ear plugs definitely helped but still.
