Place is not too far from lower Broadway (5 minutes drive). Least expensive (~$80) compared to similar hotels around on the day I made a reservation 6-17-2025. We are absolutely appalled by the condition of the hotel room we arrived to, which was booked through your platform. When we checked in, the room was completely unprepared and in an unacceptable state: • The room was messy and clearly not cleaned • There were no bed sheets • The mattresses were standing up against the wall, not placed on the beds • We were forced to sleep using used and unclean pillows • we had to make our own bed, and we had to wait outside the room at 3am This is completely outrageous and falls far below any reasonable standard of hospitality. It was both unsanitary and unprofessional. We have photos and videos documenting everything, and we are demanding a full refund for this booking. If this matter is not resolved promptly, we will have no choice but to escalate this further — including posting public reviews and contacting consumer protection channels. We expect a response and a resolution immediately.

Amazing for the price! Clean room, it’s a basic motel with no frills which I prefer. Easier to access my car without elevators and lobbies, and a beautiful 5 minute walk over the bridge gives you a great skyline view and puts you right to Brooklyn Bowl where I was attending a concert. I suppose this area is germantown just a few blocks north of downtown. It was very easy to access the entire city from here. Front desk was quick and it was very easy to extend my stay one night when check out came too soon. Thanks again!

We had a great stay. When checking in we were greeted, quick service, explained amenities. When we got to our room it was clean, plenty of space for the 3 of us. No issues with tons of noise. Convenient to most anywhere you want to go also! Will book here again for another trip!

Area is a little sketchy, but the hotel itself is good. It’s not a five star, but then again you don’t have to sell a kidney to spend a night there. Friendly staff, comfortable room.
