The staff were absolutely amazing! The bartender, Brandon, hilarious! Everything was perfect, the only thing I would change would be the rooms need updating & im not sure why housekeeping didn’t come clean the rooms while we were gone daily. Would definitely book here again just for the great people, they definitely had an awesome impact on our trip.

What a nightmare of a Hotel. Unable to check-in due to power outages and many guests on the waiting list. System and power outages for almost 6 hours to check-in for a reservation that was booked months in advance and I didn't even receive a call from the front desk to inform that my room was ready after being told to place my contact information on a guest call/waiting list. The reception area was way under staffed with only one attendant for a super busy 4th of July Weekend and week. One attendant for more than 20 people waiting in line. Had to take multiple trips to the front desk to get my room key activated and has to take two trips and went 11 flights of stairs to get to my room due to only one elevator working while multiple guests waited over 15 minutes to get to their floors. Only one person working at the food bar and bartending multitasking for guests. For a hotel that is highly advertised its not upkept, under staffed and poorly managed. Also, no room service and I had to continue to ask for more towels, bedding and garbage bags to clean my own room as a paid guest. What a mistake to have picked this hotel for my wedding anniversary. I do not and will not recommend this hotel. So many hotels around but were booked due to the 4rh of July Holiday! This is very disappointing.

No tv in room, looked like it had been stolen. They upcharge for amenities like parking , tv, internet, pool etc. so don’t count on having a tv.. I was told oh, we over booked, some rooms don’t have tvs. There is no manager on duty but she left the staff a note so they knew what rooms didn’t have tvs but rented them anyway. Said no refund because went thru a third party. Phone in room did not work, so
