Hotel description states there is a restaurant which there is not. There’s a Drinks and hors doeuvres but it ends at 7pm which we missed by 5 minutes because we were planning on the restaurant. Besides that a nice hotel.

My family stayed here on Saturday, Nov 30th, 2025. Check in was quick and trouble free. They were fairly busy when we arrived around 4:30 PM. The hostess explained everything available to us, including the dinner snack buffet, and free drinks. Our hotel room was spotless, for the most part. When my daughter pulled out the sleeper sofa to make the bed, we discovered some left over food under the mattress. It had been smashed there, and appeared to be moldy. When I called the front desk, I expected someone to just come up and clean it off. Instead, they moved us to a completely different room and refunded our money. I told them, that was not necessary, but they did it anyway. I was greatly impressed with the service we received. Every member of the staff I were very friendly I felt. The dinner "kickback", was a pleasant change of pace from many of the hotel chains we normally stay at. Nothing amazing, but decent food, pasta and meatballs, hot dogs, soup. They had a small menu of mixed drinks, and free soda, coffee and tea available. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles, sausage, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, juices, etc. The hotel appeared well maintained. The pool/hot tub were good too, and actually open. My only complaint or suggestion for the Drury Plaza chain, is there needs to be an adults only time, for the pool/hot tub area. Like from 9-10 PM. It was very difficult for me enjoy the hot tub, with young children splashing around in it.

Staying here at Drury Plaza Hotel was once again excellent. Everything is great. The staff is very friendly and professional. All staff had great smiles and always helpful to make sure we were taken care of. The hotel was extremely clean and organized. The morning breakfast along with the nighttime meals were excellent. The staff taking our used plates and items had great smiles as well and were very friendly to make sure we were taken care of and made sure if we needed anything. Please tell everyone there at Drury Hotel we said Well done. When we are once again there in Franklin we will definitely be staying there at Drury Plaza Hotel. Thanks so much.
