I could not get a cup of coffee on a Saturday morning because the restaurant closed at 9:30. That’s ridiculous! Only thing available was the instant packets in our room. The staff directed me to drive off site to get a cup of coffee.

Charging a $25 fee to access a room that is already ready before the official check‑in time reflects poorly on the hotel’s guest experience. In addition, restricting Diamond status members from accessing the executive club simply because the reservation was made through Expedia is a very disappointing practice that undermines loyalty to the brand.
