The hotel was under renovations, lobby and halls full of dryers dust and dirt. Loud music playing by workers and rude staff. No one was friendly or greeted guest. Had to go to the basement area for breakfast and had to ask for this info. Running water was “brown”, could not drink it . We have mostly always chosen Hampton when traveling, mostly good experiences. This stay was terrible, noisy, dirty and lacking good customer service. We should have been told up front the hotel was under renovation.
