Unfortunately our car was broken into via passenger window getting smashed. Apparently it is a regular thing at these hotels in the area. The manager is reimbursing us the room fee however that’s just a fraction of what it costs to get the window fixed. For how the hotel is rated you would think security would be better.

The hotel is very run down and needs a major update. One out of two elevators was down the entire weekend, and the working one was questionable. Breakfast was comparable to other chain hotels that offer free breakfast.

The breakfast was great. The staff was attentive. I was informed I could come and get my towels at the front desk and given a large trash bag to take the trash out of my room during my 3 day stay. Apparently the housekeeping staff is lacking.
