We deeply regret that you had difficulties with your room keys and felt that the check-in process could have been more efficient. During the time of your stay, we had a last-minute call out, which may have contributed to the inconvenience you encountered. We are always actively working to address any staffing challenges before they come up and ensure that even during challenging situations that our team can provide an efficient and effective service during busy periods. In addition, we would like to clarify that while our management team is committed to ensuring a high level of service, they may not always be able to be on the property 24/7, especially in larger establishments such as this.
