We felt safe and staff was pleasant it was a big deal to us to be able to bring our dog in the facility. Many dogs were there and they were all behaved. The bartender guy was great! The food was good and we loved the complimentary drinks. The room was clean,, neat and very nice. The complimentary breakfast was a big bonus for us. We loved our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton!

We stayed here on our way to Florida from Chicago. Here are the lowlights: 1)only a few people followed the "wear a mask" sign upon entry 2) sofa bed was stained, and no fitted sheet was provided, only a flat sheet 3) when asked if they recycle, they said no 4) I was not told about the $8 parking fee, however did receive a slip of paper in the key card holder aa am unpleasant surprise 5) we slept next to a room whose tenants were throwing a loud party, and my children and I couldn't sleep. Overall, I was appauled at the lack of consideration for the environment. This is 2021 and EVERYONE, that means you Hilton properties, should be trying to reduce their waste, and recycle. Also, coming from Chicago where everyone wears masks inside, vaccinated or not, was alarming. This hotel has no regard for the safety of it's patrons or tbe environment. I was also not asked how my stay had been upon checkout.

Very nice Hotel.Room was clean and bed was comfortable.Pool was a little cold,but breakfast was good.Highly recommended.

My room was asseccible, I would never get one unless I needed it, I was going home after my vacation and the breakfast was the worse of any Hotel I stayed at, the scrambled eggs(in a to go container) had water in them, elevators had trash in them

Clean, quiet, separate lounging area from bedroom, and nice a nice breakfast. Was surprised to have to pay for parking.
