The staff were great, the room was excellent, had some very interesting and nice touches such as the bathroom nightlight was motion activated, so it didn’t shine light under the bathroom door like most places I’ve stayed, little things like that made the experience very worthwhile. This hotel is great. Convenient location and it's fairly new. Only a couple complaints. 1. After check-in we asked for extra pillows, towels and cups (both via calling the front desk and text). Also asked for a bathroom lightbulb to be replaced. We went out for dinner and when we got back, nothing. I had to go down to the front desk to get the items myself. Later I received a text asking how everything is. I said I had to get the items myself and also said the light is still out. The response was that maintenance will be called right away, but nothing happened. 2. Each day housekeeping didn't come by to clean the room until at 4:00-4:30, which is late.
