We stayed on the 31st floor with a balcony. The views were amazing! The room was clean but the cups had water mark stains (we hope) so we had to wash by hand, which isn’t too terrible of an issue. We forgot our own pillows and the pillows provided are maybe 20x20 squares. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. We love the convenience of the location!

Great Manager, Big Space, Needs better cleaning.
There was a mix up with my reservation, but the Bowen did an excellent job in getting my checked-in and correcting the mix up. As for the room, it was very spacious and looked great. It definitely could have been a little cleaner as the tub, refrigerator and couch needed more attention. But overall it was a nice place to spend a few days.

Positives, great location, close to broadway & Nissan stadium, 2 bedroom with a full kitchen & washer dryer. Safe neighborhood & good security for the building. Negatives, very noisy, I could hear running water through the walls all night (drain pipes), full windows, not insulated so it was very cold, only one TV in a 2 bedroom, only 4 hangers per bedroom, walls were scratched & dirty, old aluminum blinds, most were bent & didn’t work, so there was always a glare on the living room TV. The TV only had Pluto TV & I couldn’t stream any of my apps, even asking for help at the front desk. Basically the place needs some updating. If I stayed again, I’d bring a box of tissues (none in the bathroom) ear plugs & slippers.
