The room was great, hotel was in an excellent location and easily walkable to Broadway. Check in was very easy, hotel kept our bags for us since we had an early flight so we could explore. Bed was very comfortable, AC was ice cold and bathroom was laid out well. Would definitely recommend!!

Everything was great from check in to checking out The entire staff at the Hyatt Place Nashville downtown was very professional about helping us out and other guests with any questions we had about Nashville along with they had itineraries of what things were taking place each day let alone the breakfast buffet they had was very delicious. Check in was a breeze. Offered option to pay for early check in, which we did. Super convenient to walk to Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena with ease. Felt safe and room, hallways and lobby were clean. Parking was very expensive, but we were able to park right by the elevator, making it easy to unload and load our car to and from our room. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t say they were “friendly”.
