This was a wonderful place to stay. Many people could walk but we took UBER to hear the music on Broadway. We got home to a quiet peaceful place to sleep.

Great location, within easy walk to downtown etc. the room was well appointed, with nice amenities, comfortable bed etc. The continental type breakfast was a good start to the morning as too the on premise coffee shop. The stand out note were the staff, helpful, genuine and professional, but the standout was JC, the awesome bar manger at the rooftop bar, he was the go to guy for anything and everything, a real nice guy and awesome brand ambassador, would definitely stay here again…… but only if JC is there too lol

Room was clean and updated, but unexpected charges were costly and unexpected. For example: $50 / day charge for valet parking with no other parking options. Check in fee was $30 more than quoted due to requiring museum tickets being added to the final bill without the option to refuse the tickets. Bait and switch tactics.

A great place very close but far enough

My stay at TownePlace Suites was nothing short of fantastic! The highlight was undoubtedly the rooftop bar, TOP Note, which offered an awesome vibe, great drinks, and a stunning view. It’s the perfect spot to unwind or kick off the evening. The hotel’s location is ideal—tucked just a short walk from the lively action on Broadway, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet for an early bedtime. It’s right across the street from the Music Hall of Fame and a trolley stop, making it super convenient for exploring. Plus, there’s a fantastic sports bar, Johnathan’s, just a quick stroll down the street, where the staff—Georgia, Cody, and Kellen—were incredibly welcoming and provided top-notch service from the moment we walked in. The staff at TownePlace Suites truly elevated the experience. Jessica, JC, and Annabelle at the hotel and TOP Note bar were amazing, offering friendly and attentive service that made us feel right at home. The combination of a great location, peaceful atmosphere, and exceptional staff makes this hotel a gem. Whether you’re here for the Nashville energy or a relaxing getaway, TownePlace Suites strikes the perfect balance. Highly recommend!
