Loved this hotel’s room layout, cleanliness, breakfast and location. Enjoyed sitting on rooftop in evening. Staff and guests all seemed friendly. Would give hotel perfect rating if it weren’t for the 1st floor’s restaurant manager. Was dissatisfied with the restaurant’s manager who was rude and dismissive when approached with a complaint on one of his staff. He was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. Due to above encounter, unsure if i would stay here again as there aren’t enough restaurants to avoid this one.

Great hotel in perfect location

Embassy Suites was a great hotel in a perfect location to visit Nashville. It was clean, the rooms were large and our stay included an excellent breakfast, plus complimentary drinks and snacks in the late afternoon. The only issues we encountered were that the check in staff were often less than friendly. Which was strange because everyone else in Nashville was supernaturally friendly everywhere we went. The other issue was the elevators: there was often a line that formed around a corner to get on, and you would have to wait a considerable amount of time until you got on one. Other than those two minor issues (and they are minor compared to the quality of the rooms and the location of the building), the hotel is wonderful and I would highly recommend staying there.

It was clean. Room was nice with a balcony. Only thing I don’t agree with is the forced valet parking. And then I couldn’t even get to my car unless the valet went and got it and brought it up. Outside parking lot should be an option through the hotel.

Pool closed at 5 PM Thursday Friday Saturday. Pool personnel at the bar was very rude. No one ever came to clean our room even if we asked we had to take out our own trash.

Our stay at the Embassy was great! I typically stay in a lower-priced hotel but wanted to be in a reputable place close to Bridgestone Arena. The Embassy was definitely a step above the norm and offered many perks that made the extra cost worth it. Our room was very large with a perfect layout that offered privacy, as well as 3 different areas with mirrors to get ready. It was very clean and updated. The only negatives with the room were a very uncomfortable couch and having a sliding door for the bathroom (just not a fan). The breakfast was a really nice buffet that offered made-to-order omelets. The only real negative is waiting on the elevators. I heard other travelers complain of excessive wait times. Altogether, if you’re willing to spend a little extra, the Embassy was a fabulous place to stay!
