Room was large and clean- lots of room for 4 women, had an apartment feel which we enjoyed. Check in was in the cafe as the “front desk” which felt confusing. We did not receive our room upgrade as a Gold Member perk, even though the hotel messaged the day before offering one for a fee.

Room was good and location very handy for downtown Bit disconcerting that even though we were there for 6 nights we didn’t get any service in the room without paying an extra fee. Also breakfast was overpriced and disappointing. $14 for a slice of toast with a spoon of avocado. Really!

Regarding VIP access, I did inquire about any perks but wasn’t offered any. At check-in upgrading wasn’t offered. I did request a few extra bottles of water (there were 2 in the room and I stayed 3 nights) but was told that I would have to purchase them. I found Dawn, the restaurant, disappointing and ate elsewhere ~ I had hoped to eat at the hotel each morning. I hadn’t thought to look into if there was an onsite gym and there is not, the hotel offers a deal at another location but it isn’t convenient. My last night at the hotel there was an electronic tone that lasted for hours: I didn’t feel like I could go to Dawn/restaurant area and request a room change so dealth with it. I would not stay here again.
