While the room was very basic it was very clean. The shower pressure was great also. The breakfast was very nice as well, your standard offerings of cereal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, coffee etc, particularly enjoyed the made to order omelets. Very clean. Staff were nice. Only drawback was the HUGE picture of Elvis in the room! Felt like I should cover it up! Wi-Fi was no good in the room but fine in common areas. Room was clean, grounds clean. Walkways upstairs were weirdly “paved” but not really an issue. Good location for the price. Should state upfront that there is a $20 parking fee. Didn’t find out until day of check in. Shouldn’t be a fee for people staying at hotel.

The hotel was okay but I expected better for the price. The photos make the room look a lot larger than they are and I didn’t love that they charge for parking. Definitely didn’t see that when I was comparing hotels so could be my fault for overlooking. I think stuff like that should be in bold print and be close to where amenities are listed. There was a VERY strong chlorine/bleach smell that hit you in the face when you walked in. I was given air freshener and by the next day it was better but the room still had an odd smell to it the entire time we were there.
