While the room was very basic it was very clean. The shower pressure was great also. The breakfast was very nice as well, your standard offerings of cereal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, coffee etc, particularly enjoyed the made to order omelets. The parking availability and price convenient. A little noisy but not too much.

Reasonably priced hotel for Nashville, within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. We had a very spacious room with a decent breakfast included. There are some nice touches like candy bowls filled with chocolates and two free massage chairs in the lobby. $20 additional for parking for the night is a steal!

Cold showers

There was no hot water for a shower. We were forced to take ice cold showers and when I complained at checkout, I was told that I should have jingled the faucet a certain way that was not intuitive. I asked for a small adjustment to me bill and was told that it would be brought up with the manager who never got back to me. A little accommodation would have been appreciated.

Parking is an additional $20. I guess I missed this when booking. I price compare and would have probably stayed elsewhere if known. Hotel is in the heart of downtown so be aware of traffic and noise. Room was bit on the small size, otherwise it’s everything you’d expect from Comfort. Dining room was larger than most.

Good location

Great location even in the middle of a busy area you could not hear the outside noise once in the room. We were early and they let us check in early! Super nice staff! Clean room. Was great place for a mini trip

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. There were many food options, staff kept everything refilled when needed and the tables were wiped down as people vacated their space. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
