Well, I don’t even know where to start. The management is very rude , and if you’re booking a third-party like Travelocity or Expedia or something like that, forget about getting the room you paid for, they’ll give you a $17 queen room for two days and then give a comp for $100 bucks. There is nobody you can talk to for anything.I asked the bell hop where the manager was because I needed to talk to him about the first two nights that we stayed there and how they ripped us off l,and I want my money back for my room, he said what do you want me to do? I’m just a bell hop. I said well point me in the direction that I can actually talk to somebody . We had alarms wake us up at 6 o’clock in the morning. We asked someone what was going on and they wouldn’t even tell us . If I were you stay someplace else this was a very bad experience and I really do want the first night that we stayed there at the Lexor all of our money returned for that room. We had a premium king room and they gave us two queens not even in the pyramid, it was somewhere completely different.

We got in late from the airport. When we want to book in, they cannot find a reservations. The wife and I had booked a premier King room. They gave us a two queen probably economy room somewhere and did not move us to our King room for our second day. We were told by a concierge that when you arrive late, you give up your room. My reservation was confirmed way before this vacation. They did not honor any of that pretty much stealing a very expensive room cost for a downgraded room.We stayed another night here and again, if you booking third-party through Travelocity, this property is terrible. You will sit in line for 45 minutes. Discuss discussing your reservation and why they can’t find it. She was happy to tell me that she was actually gonna give me the premier King room that I paid for, I’m very disappointed and they didn’t seem to care one bit . I hope nobody stays here. Please review this and remember there’s plenty of other places to stay in Las Vegas. This is not what it’s cracked up to be.

Everything was good, rooms were spacious and quiet and clean. The only thing we didn't like was the elevators and the accessibility to our rooms. Also the elevator itself was a little nauseating.

I went into my stay at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas with pretty low expectations after reading several reviews but I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I actually really enjoyed the resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I especially want to highlight the overnight manager (a Black gentleman whose name I unfortunately can’t remember - I think it’s Tony Calloway). He was incredibly professional and truly went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I in the middle of the night. That level of care made a lasting impression. While the room decor is a bit dated, everything was very clean and well-maintained, which honestly matters more to me. Another big plus despite being a non-smoker, I found the cigarette smoke in the casino area to be very manageable and not overwhelming at all. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is nice, no complaints on the condition, casino, or staff. The prices for EVERYTHING are crazy. To be fair, that's most of Las Vegas these days, but at the hotel specifically, it's outrageous. Food and drinks are 400% markup from what you'd expect. Worse than the airport. Then they charge a "resort fee" for your stay.
