Part of the pool was closed for renovations so you were able to use the pool at Manderlay Bay, which if very nice but... The one pool that was open at the Luxor was beautiful. Easy to find seating, servers always present and No children. Which is nice if you old like me.

Loved the hotel and the stay was fabulous. Hated that there was no human to check you in. Took forever to get our room because of the kiosks and emails and same with valet. Would have preferred some human interaction instead of machines and kiosks. Gorgeous hotel just shame it was cluttered with kiosks instead of humans.

It was a nice room, however, the bathroom sink was clogged up, causing the water to drain very slow. Also there were no mini fridge or microwave. Those two things are very useful at a hotel.

Definitely dated, but not that bad. Pros: decent Pyramid room, $50 room credit, $15 mega margarita refills; Cons: bad wifi, limited tv channels, pretty questionable “inclinators” but didn’t take us more than 10 minutes to get anywhere.

It was a self check in and out which made the waiting time in line long. Many guests encountered issues with the kiosk check in/out system. In addition, guests had to print out their room keys at another kiosk. The entire check in/out experience was not customer centered.
