Reasonably priced hotel on the Strip

Pros: Close to other hotels on the Strip, room was adequate size, bed was comfortable.
Cons: Woman at front desk was unfriendly and should not be working in a customer-facing role.
Location: The Bellagio, Cosmopolitan and Caesars Palace were close by, so there were lots of restaurants to choose from.
Paris was close to several other hotels on the Strip, so there were lots of things to do and see. The reception desk and elevators were difficult to find. Lots of restaurants and shops in the casino area. When checking in, the woman at the front desk was very abrupt and unfriendly (as if she really disliked her job). Room was OK, except the hot water in the shower took a very long time (>5 minutes) to heat up. I didn't know if non-smoking rooms were available (I don't smoke but smelled smoke from another room).

Paris Hotel is terrible and needs updating

Pros: the crapes
Cons: everything
Location: Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping
Checked in using Kiosk. First question asked was to upgrade room, which was confusing, because it appeared just like the room I requested? Checked into our room, finding previous guest's belongings in refrigerator, housekeeping rags and cleaning supplies in the bathroom? So, was the room cleaned or not between visits- called the front desk and completely ignored. Room with a view was a flop- opened drapes to a brick wall. For what I paid for, I was so angry with what I actually got. Furniture was outdated and appeared well worn, carpet has been used and abused. Woke in the morning to use hairdryer was shocked and sparks came from the outlet. Good thing was that maintenance came right away to repair outlet. When parking there are multiple signs to bring your ticket with you and pay at the kiosk near the garage entrance/exit- I paid everyday with cash- not knowing it would be included in my bill. Had to demand at checkout that it be removed. Was informed by staff that I was informed on my check in at kiosk? Well I completely missed that.- oh yeah I was tired and flew across the country- so perhaps the Paris Hotel could post in the garage that if your a guest you use your key to get in and out of garage also!!!

Hotel on the Vegas Strip

Pros: They let the local hookers use it. They piled out of the elevators at 4 am like clockwork. Everybody's gotta make a living, right?
Cons: Eliminate the smokers in the casino areas.
Location: Holy frick, you had to walk a mile to find something affordable to eat.
The hotel has excellent convention accomodations. That was the only reason I stayed there.

Allergy to laundry detergent

The overall cleanliness was great however, after the first night I realized I must be allergic to the laundry products. I went to the front desk to ask if they had a hypoallergenic option. After a bit of time, it was confirmed they did have it and would change it. I arrived back to my room to see the new sheets on the bed but not placed. After 20 minutes on the phone, I obtained “approval” to have someone come and actually place the sheets on the bed so that I didn’t have to. They also had not changed the towels and I had to ask they do that as well. After the second night of unbearable itching, I checked out of the hotel and ended my trip. I wish the process to change things out to all hypoallergenic products was more streamlined and effective. On a side bar, I had the same issue at the Wynn during a previous trip and their method was so thorough, the colors and designs were different so I KNEW they had switched everything. I had no issues after they did their swap.

Sisters Weekend in Vegas

Pros: The variety of restaurants, the outdoor Beer Park, the casino staff.
Cons: Needs more availability of rental cars. Had to get one offsite.
Location: Great location to tour and visit the strip.
Loved the hotel and all its offerings in its shops, restaurants and the casino. The location was great! Our room had a view of the pool and the Bellagio fountain, loved it. Staff and dealers in the casino were professional and friendly. Will stay there every time I go to Vegas. A great location for family, couples or work related trip. I felt very secure staying in this hotel. Security was attentive, but not noticeable. I did not use the spa but my 2 sisters did. It was not sanitary and not addressed by management when brought to their attention. They stated the spa was run by a separate company that they had no control over. Not a smart business decision if there are issues customers want addressed. This would definitely not deter me from staying here, because I would not use the spa; however, my sisters were not impressed due to the quality of the rest of the property.

Our check in was easy and quick. But it was our room, 601P, was fabulous. We never expected it. The experience at the Paris was by far the best one we’ve ever had and we have visited Las Vegas many times. We will never stay anywhere else.

Charming and close to everything!!

Pros: Diing and location
Location: Everything we wanted to do, with very few exceptions, was within a short walk; otherwise, we took cabs.
My stay was very nice. We could walk to most of the great spots on the strip.easily. The dining at the hotel was very good as well as the service.
