Our room was very dated and worn out. The box spring on the bed had a hole in it. The chair in the room was stained and dirty. The carpet was very dirty. Also, at 11:15 an alarm sounded on the whole floor and woke us out of a sound sleep. It was very scary because we didn’t know if there was a fire or something else. Very scary Will not stay there again

I thought it was about time for an update on the room we had. i got a very reasonable rate for the room, so maybe others are nicer. For the price, I'm not complaining, but there was a lot of chipped paint. Lady helpers at check in mobile line were exceptionally helpful and the lady at check out also helped with a potential parking problem.

The women in the spa deserve 5 stars. They saved me by allowing me to use the spa shower because the shower in my room didn’t work at all. Even after calling maintenance. But the hotel also seemed a bit dirty…bugs crawling on the bar in the casino. Paris needs to improve.
