Location and price is fine. To get Wi Fi was a nightmare, and it's disconnected again. The carpet inside my room was dark of never being washed. The shower water was warm, never hot.

The staff got a bit snappy just because they are under manned during check in, which isn’t our fault. Also the pool area is nice but having to pay $100 for 1 chair is a bit extreme to guests that are staying at the hotel. Also the music is really too loud and the selection of music should be more diverse and the fact it echoes up the hotel You even hear it inside the entire day.

This facility seemed like a fraternity party. Great if that’s what you’re looking for. Check in was a disaster. Long lines. Self serve kiosk mainly. The few staff available were pretty good. Rooms were so loud with parties. I understand having fun but there are many other places besides hotel rooms to party. Just not a good experience at all.

Amazing hotel. We will definitely come back. Lady who checked us in was nice enough, but I could tell she was in a bad mood and it would have been helpful if she was nicer after waiting in that huge line to check in. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I don’t know. It was good enough though.

We had some room issues that took over 2 days to resolve. Both the check in and check out process were frustrating. The Flamingo is showing its age.

Spoke to house keeping and they gave a 30 minute time to clean room after not having service for 3 days, came back to no service took the stairs once, and never again due to the condition of the stairs being gross at each floor and especially gross at the very bottom with the sight and smell of garbage and furniture.
