It was very nice but there were not any one at the door where taxi dropped us off. Upon check in went outside to walk my service animal and fell outside the front of hotel. Laid there for 10 mins. And collected myself and my dog, went back inside and reported the fall, and they didn't have the suite that was reserved and paid for thru Expedia. At this point just wanted to get into my room. I also have some charges to my bills that I don't remember making. I will call you to dispute the charges.
