Check in was a long line but moved fairly well Need more signage to the guest elevators got directions from the from check in but could be confusing for some of your guests Room had one bath towel and one bath robe for a 2 person booking Pool was loud everywhere which doesn’t give your guests options Hiphop out of JBL speakers every 5 feet! Loved the wall controls and the power connections next to them Pool open till 7 was better than Caesar’s which kicked us at a 5! Never staying at Caesar’s again!

Please ready my review if your like me and love luxury spas in LV I learned of this spa from Denver Co, after hearing how amazing it was I booked a trip specifically for the spa and hotel. The hotel is stunning, check in was amazing speedy, early check in. Room beautiful, I was so impressed. Day 2 I went pro the pool to find out it was closed due to fires (it would have been nice to have a list of hotel pools that I could use in stead since I came for the pool experience) I spent my time browsing then headed to the spa. I was so excited for the spa experience. Check in was great and smooth all attendants were kind and helped me, I waited to be taken back for over 10 minutes, others were taken back before me that had checked in after me. The spa itself self was a beautiful place, quiet, tranquility. The lockers system was easy and nice. However the snack area was a mess, little snacks at my 1pm check in. I had a 60 minute oddsey massage, a spa attendant helped me pick out a few days before. The male provider was short in the intake didn’t ask me any questions about myself or areas to avoid. I was a number to him. He did great work on my upper back then when got to the lower completely checked out. No pressure, no engaging of stretching, just going through the motions. He did a scalp massage to which he held areas of my head with no pressure then would move his hands and do the same, if this was energy work I had no idea. It seemed like because my ticket was closed out
