The ease of the app to use for checking in and avoiding the lines. Liked they offered a late check out option and ability to store luggage until heading to airport. Liked the happy hour at the hotel bar. Would liked to have seen more high end food options. The hotel decor needs to be updated. The room was generally clean, but there were stains on the table between the beds and there was a lot of dirt/dust and food remnants under the dresser from previous guests. Our room faced the airport so it was noisy all times of the night. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. The cable service for the TV was out for most of our trip. They did have a lot of security and it felt safe.

The rooms needs updating. The beds and bathroom were clean, however the room appeared only surface cleaned. There was dirt and things from previous guests that had fallen under the dresser that were not picked up. The housekeeping staff were very friendly each morning when passing them in the hallway. The TV service was out for the majority of our stay. Would like to have had one of the major fancier restaurants in house. The amount and different slots were sufficient. Enjoyed the happy hour drinks at the bar and the coffee shops at each entrance were sufficient. The pool area was good. Would have liked to been offered bar/food service from runners other than if you were in the "reserved" areas. Hot tub jets need servicing. Liked the elevator features of having to scan room key to access floors and elevator specifically for upper floors to make wait time getting to and from room good.
