The hotel is getting old and tired. Went to play roulette (3PM) and there was only one table active. A lot of empty machines. With the Mirage being taken down, the flow from and to Treasure Island might be the reason for less people. Ate dinner at Gilley’s Bar-B-Que, sat in the back room and it was so loud we had to shout at each other to talk. The pool closed for the season on 11/10/25. Other hotels up the strip were more lively (with people and activities. You get what you pay for....

Difficult to find resources. Could not find restaurants or navigate to other areas of the hotel and surrounding amenities. Bathroom was dirty, faucet dripped, door would open, cooling system did not work. It took an eternity to check-in, even with quick kiosk and we did not get early check-in until 1 1/2 hrs later. A total waste of $$.

Did not find complimentary coffee, did not know of a fitness center, hard to find our way around, dirty bathroom floor, leaky faucet and door that kept opening. Stuffy room - air conditioning did not work correctly. Inconvenient location and view of strip showed very little. Mgr was not very accommodating. Late early check-in, long slow lines and only 2 working the desk. No concierge.
