Great Accommodation with Disappointing Service

The overstay was great. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. My downfall was that I reserved with the expectation of receiving a F&B credit and when I inquired about it at check in, the agent she didn’t see that on my reservation. Even after showing the confirmation stating the credit she still said it was not included. Disappointing not receiving all the amenities you paid for.

Everything you need or want is within the hotel

Pros: All encompassing amenities within the hotel. Don't have to drive for a good choice of movies, bowling, or great restaurants complementing gambling
Cons: Wait staff could be improved - food was great but we found wait staff in three of the four restaurants we visited to be inattentive
Location: Away from the strip but the hotel has a shuttle. So much to do within the hotel, didn't venture out to the area.
The hotel has many great restaurants - in our two day stay, we tried 4 of them. All were excellent. Movie theatres and bowling enhance the experience for those with kids or those who don't gamble. Despite being fully booked, the hotel itself was surprisingly quiet at night. Our TV stopped working and housekeeping sent up maintenance who arrived quite quickly given the fact that there are very few on staff for a hotel of over 1000 rooms - not to mention the restaurants and casino. They did not leave us until the problem had been resolved, replacing both the cable box, the physical TV itself, and new batteries in the remote.

Orleans Review

Everything was super except that every once in awhile, the fan from the air conditioner would make a noise. Plus they need to have 2 bars of soap in the room. There was one, had to ask for another. I would recommend this place.

Orleans Hotel and Casino

We very much enjoyed our stay. Only a few minutes west of the strip, you get all you need without the chaos of the strip, yet, if you choose that, you can be there in nothing flat. Very clean, nice staff, and good food. We will for sure be back.

Cheer weekend

Spacious room, great hotel, plenty of restaurants and lounges. Nice gift shop. Lots of extra fun stuff to do like bowling, movies, arcade and even a spa for mom. (massage and facial).

Nice Hotel Off-Strip in Vegas

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Fix the bathroom door locks.
Location: Close to the strip, with a shuttle bus, but we drove.
Came with the family for two nights during the week. Reasonably priced and very nice, both in the public areas and the rooms. Check in desk had long line but it went very quickly, as there were many clerks working. Waited less than five minutes. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The only ding I would give the hotel is that they have pocket doors for the bathrooms in the rooms with locks that either don't work, or work too well, although the doors are very space efficient. When we checked into our two rooms, the kids all deposited their keys on the dresser of their room and my son went in to use the bathroom and locked the door. The two other kids came into our room, next door. My son called us from his cell phone after he discovered that he was locked in the bathroom. We couldn't get into the room to free him because all the keys were inside the room with him. The hotel was very responsive and had someone there from maintenance within 10-15 minutes to let him out and replace the bathroom door latch, although he told us the new ones don't lock because they can't find any that lock and don't lock people in. Had the breakfast buffet the next day and it was very good, and well worth the price. We couldn't have tried everything they had on the buffet if we had three days. Check-out and parking was easy too. Can't comment on the casino because I just walked through, but it looked nice.

Just an overnighter.

Had it been published the water was going to be turned off for maintenance, we would have went elsewhere. But nope, we only found out at check-in @10pm. Normally, a nice place, but this condition should have made known at reservation time, not after.

We are so sorry for the water outage, it was more or less an emergency situation and one we could not plan for, they only gave us a day's notice. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Please accept our apologies.
