The hotel small enough so you're not having to go through the entire casino to get to your room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The few staff members I did encounter were pleasant and helpful.

The room looked like it had not been touched in years. The room was full of dust…the furniture, baseboards and curtains all were seriously dusty. The bathroom vanity was also dusty but also stained and discolored. This was the worst room I’ve ever seen on the Strip.

My reservation was for 2 queen beds and I got 1 King. I am her with my 43 year old and not appropriate to be sleeping in the same bed. I have stage 4 cancer and droce from Orange County which iwas a 5 hour drive. I am too tired and my son stated he would sleep in the tun. Not good at all

I had a great one-night stay at the Horseshoe. I did find the parking structure a bit hard to locate at first. However, once I found it and realized it’s shared with Paris, the parking situation made a lot more sense. We opted for early check-in and ended up changing our reservation to an even earlier time, which caused a bit of a delay. If you check in at your scheduled time, there are no issues and you can just use the kiosk to get your keys. The staff was super helpful throughout the process, but in hindsight, I should have just kept my original early check-in time — it would have been smoother. The room was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. I ended up in a room facing the Sphere, which gave me a great view. I really like the location: it’s walkable to everywhere on the Strip, with convenient dining options and shopping nearby. Now that I understand the parking and check-in process better, I will definitely return.
