I think they need to adjust their room service, I ordered grub hub and never got it. Realized it was because I had ordered grub hub from off strip, yes it my fault. I still think that the room service needs to be replaced.

Great stay at Resorts World Las Vegas. The ONLY drawback was the smokey casino. I tried to stay along the outside walkways but the smoke still drifted and made my eyes water. The Hilton rooms were clean and spacious, the Viva restaurant served delicious food and had wonderful service, Allé 66 Restaurant was superb with gorgeous views of the city, good drinks and service.

Hotel is beautiful, casinos, walkways, hallways all spacious. Staff was mostly friendly, all were helpful in some way. I have been a hilton "honors" member for 50 years. The hotel didn't leave me with the idea it had something "unique". Color scheme and environment was relaxing. Didn't get to check the outside due to weather. I'll be back.
