Five-star review for Wally's at Hilton Resort World Headline: Exceptional Christmas Eve — Rabbit Ragu and World-Class Wine Wally’s delivered an unforgettable Christmas Eve dinner. The rabbit ragu was a revelation — a dish that transported me straight back to my grandmother Rossini’s kitchen, made with the same care and depth of flavor I remember from our family tradition. Every bite felt lovingly composed and perfectly balanced. The wine program is extraordinary. Their top-shelf selection is thoughtfully curated, and rare bottles are available at very reasonable retail prices for take-home. Wally’s charges only a modest corkage fee for in-restaurant drinking, which made it easy to enjoy both their offerings and a few special bottles I brought. Paul Sanguinetti personally recommended a Spanish wine that I would never have considered, and it paired beautifully after he took the time to learn my preferences for fine Tuscan and Piedmont wines. If you appreciate authentic Italian flavors and an exceptional wine list, no Italian should miss dining at Paul Sanguinetti’s Wally’s in Las Vegas. Five stars.

Staff: At check in, was directed to Hilton elevators & card did not work. Had to haul all bags back to front desk to be told sorry misinformation but was staying at The Conrad. Room was an upgrade, but unsure how as it was identical to room booked at Hilton. Part of package was a beverage credit that I never got to use as every location I tried to visit to use was closed. Concierge unhelpful when directions requested. Many restaurants within resorts world do not offer kids menus. Parking lot is far from hotel. Positives: Clean. Nice gym.

Staff were wonderful and courteous, they made the trip exceptional during this busy holiday season. We were upgraded to Conrad Tower with Strip View and standard parking was complimentary. The room was spacious, had nice amenities, and a nice view. We arrived later than usual and didn’t have time to dine at Crossroads or use our $100 beverage credit. But looking forward to booking again to hopefully get the same perks and upgrades. See you soon Resorts World!

The staff was super nice. Hotel was really nice. We were given the option to upgrade our stay to a one bedroom suite for an additional $200 total. It was the best decision. Room was super spacious and beautiful with view to strip. Amazing room.
