The room was in good condition, but no microwave in the whole hotel was pretty bad in my opinion. The staff was friendly and attentive. Just not having a microwave to heat food was a problem. If I had a baby how can I heat my baby milk?

Ive stayed here about 10 nights total this month for work and sadly I dont think I’ll be back. Stayed in the Mara room and was really happy with how safe and clean it felt but whoever answers the front desk phones early in the morning Dec 4 and around 5pm December 6th have attitude problems. I worked in customer service for 8 years and never talked to people as passive aggressive and rude as they did. of course I was still nice but after being so snappy I stopped calling or asking for anything cause it was so anxiety inducing. Disappointed they don't offer room service, going up and down 25 floors during a convention can take 20-25 mins just to grab some food downstairs multiple times a day. I really thought this was gonna be my hotel for 5 nights every other week but i’ll be trying others on the strip I definitely dont wanna stay here again.
