The room was in good condition, but no microwave in the whole hotel was pretty bad in my opinion. The staff was friendly and attentive. Just not having a microwave to heat food was a problem. If I had a baby how can I heat my baby milk?

The check in process was less than favorable. I stood in line for over 1.5 hours. No self check in kiosks and only two tellers for "regular" check in. VIP and airline crew walked right up and had two dedicated tellers at all times. The room was ok. Comfortable bed and pillows. We stayed in the Alexandra tower king room, the walls had cloth/tapestry on them which made the room look cheap and as if they were trying to hide something. Bathroom situation was different, open window viewing towards the strip with the toilet. No curtains or options to blur, door to bathroom from toilet was frosted but still left little to the imagination. The shower was nice but could be seen from the bedroom as well. If it was a family trip it would be awkward. The room also had zero drawers to unpack belongings and put away and no microwave. There was a fridge but that was all. The best was that the check out could be digital so no need to stand in line for hours.
