The first night an next day our key card wouldn't work an had to be let in the room every time we left , there was only 6 tv channels when we was on the room the desk staff an manager argued with us that about our key card working an accused us of having another person in the room who locked tbe door from inside. An once they seen no one was there just said oh an no apologies for the way we was treated . Wont stay there again

Monorail access from hotel & so many great options for food without leaving - also had fresh towels, garbage disposed of and bed made every day which in experience other places I’ve stayed they came every second or sometimes even third day. Already can’t wait to come back!
