The hotel and my room were beautiful. I did have trouble checking in when I arrived. I arrived early in the day and was told that I could pay $35.00 for an early check in. I gave the person checking me in my telephone number twice and repeated it, and she told me she would give me a text message when my room was ready. I received no text message throughout the day. I returned to the check-in area three times to be told that my room was not ready yet and I would have to wait. At no time did anyone ask me for my phone number or anything again. Finally at 4:00 PM I went to the clerk and insisted that I be checked in. They informed me that they gave a text message, but it was the wrong phone number. I can understand a mistake in phone number, but my biggest concern was that nobody checked in with me on this any of the three times I stopped by at the desk. There has to be some kind of check and balance of this system. I did get the hotel to waive my early check in fee and they waived a resort fee for one day. I had to speak with the supervisor and she was very friendly and understanding. I would stay at this hotel again, only if I were checked in when I am supposed to be check in. Arriving early was not the best for me on this trip. It was a rough start of my vacation, yet I enjoyed the rest of my stay at Caesar's Palace. The drink prices at the pools are very expensive as well as some of the bar/lounges in the hotel.

It was a very nice and clean hotel. It was on the main strip and you don’t have to leave out the hotel. It has a huge swimming pool and mall inside. Also they have a variety of different food stations and restaurants. The hospitality was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

People

First time stay here so I had questions but instead checking in to a person you get a kiosk and concierge that texts you. I suppose it’s faster though.

Super expensive though

We loved it and had fun but it was super expensive and they charge crazy prices for stuff in the mini bar in your room when other places we have stayed at the stuff in the mini bar was free once and you paid for every restock so we went to Walmart and bought stuff for normal prices. And we ended up only eating twice at the hotel cuz it was over $100 every time for just 2 people when we would pay less then $50 everywhere else we ate for 2 people.

A hotel with 4000 rooms should have more than 6 persons at the front desk at checkout time...

Great hotel, but it is huge! Check-in is a mad house, but they somehow get everyone through quickly and efficiently. Once you check in, they text you with your own personal concierge, which is a nice touch. You can also check out on your phone as well. The only complaint, and for a 5 star hotel its not too much to ask, but the pool service is seriously lacking. They had, from what we could tell, 2 servers handling the entire pool area for drinks and refreshments. They could not even come close to handling the crowd. But, other than that, there are no complaints!

Resort experience in the strip

Great staff, willing to help you at any time. Concierge available but no pushy. Will select the hotel again in the future.
