Our room and the property were beautiful. The pool area is amazing. However, the rooms do not have refrigerators (except for the mini bar one that you can’t put anything in) or coffee makers. You couldn’t get anything in that place without standing in line for at least an hour. That goes even for trying to buy a bottle of water or soda or coffee. Everything closes at 11, so make sure you eat before then. Four of us played for a week in the casino there and not one of us won a single thing on any machines. Not even so much as a good line hit. We saw one cocktail waitress come ask if we needed drinks one time in 5 days and she never returned with our drinks. While at the pool they charged us $136 for 4 drinks. Upon checkout the lady told me I wouldn’t be charged for parking and told me to swipe my room key in the parking garage. The machine wouldn’t accept my room key, charged me $72 to my card, and the “call for assistance” button just kept telling me to wait for an attendant who never arrived. The car behind us finally had to come up and swipe her gold card to get us out of the parking garage. We had fun on our trip regardless, but probably won’t stay here again.

We booked our room, and selected a room in the Octavius Tower with a strip view. I paid the fee they required for this selection. We were not given this room. We were given a room in the Palace Tower. I did not get what I selected and paid for. I will not go back to this property.

Resort Fee – for What? Internet and Fitness Center? Never could find the fitness center. Saw where it was on internet map, but there were no signs or well-marked stairs to fitness center. Floors and elevators do no jive. Was kicked off or blocked from my internet, had to use theirs. However, internet was intermittent. Regarding the room, there was no comp coffee for the coffee machine. You had to buy from the mini bar, we just went to CVS and bought our own. We never thought that a $4 clear plastic bottle of water at the airport was a bargain until trying to buy a bottle of water at Caesars. The one place in Caesars we stopped at (which seemed to be typical of all other places in Caesars) wanted $8 per bottle. There was also no dirty clothes bag, luckily had garbage bag on hand. The deadbolt did not work and cleaning was only going to be one time per stay – should provide additional towels then. Phone book, hotel info, strip info, paper and pen were not provided. The hotel/casino is extremely large, with many walkways. However, signs are not very good, got confusing. Restroom signs were poor, usually had to find someone to ask (which was not always easy) to point us in the right direction. It would help if Caesars would put some directories out with “You are Here.” Not everyone uses their cell phones for directions. Looked for one restaurant (which on their webpage states they are in Caesars) and used internet mapping, never could find restaurant. Drinks? Well don’t go up to

The Forum Tower is old and somewhat abused. There were no accommodations inn the room for connecting my various electronic equipment other than poorly placed electrical outlets.
