The staff person advised me I needed an upgrade. It would be a better room at a better location. The location in the far end of the Augustus tower added a 7 minute walk. The room a good size and the bed was comfortable although very dated, the carpet was dirty and very visibly worn. The bathroom was the only nice thing. The room needed something to add to the dismal decor. No coffee machine, the original room I booked in Nobu would have been much better. Paid more and received less. I don't plan to go to Caesars again. Back to Bellagio or the Cosmo

The room was good and the staff really friendly. The view is spectacular and the bed is very comfortable. We loved the separate water closet and the general comfort of the amenities. We truly loved our stay. There were only three blemishes: 1) 2 of the lights in our room flickered continuously and have to be replaced. We took the lights out and the staff simply just put them back in without checking, 2) In our room, it was evident that the staff never clean underneath the bedside tables. There were a lot of dust, scraps and even an apple earpod that someone lost. 3) The soap in the shower dries out our skin terribly. It is literally unusable to us. We went and bought our own body wash.

We’re told room was not ready when we arrived at 5:00! Said they would email when. Never received an email. Returned at 8.30 and got into our room. TV nor phone worked. Had to jump through hoops to get hold of someone to get help. Got disconnected once and had to repeat the hoops. They did come fix the TV right away. My husband had gone down to the desk while I was trying to call. They did give us $100 credit to use at their restaurants which we were unable to use as we had reservations with friends for dinners and breakfasts. Asked if we could redeem it any other way, they said no.
