Only the patisserie available. So take out Room had very little storage. Cheap cheap toilet paper and tissues No bottled water in room other that $24.00 Room was beautiful as was hotel. But beauty alone does make for a great experience

Most of The staff was so rude. From the first day we got there. Calling the Concierge desk from the room went to a person working from home that was son nasty that the supervisor listened to the tape and profusely apologized. The casino. Was do Smokey we couldn’t breathe. We also was charged a resort fee for over $100 for no reason because no amenities were used.

Love the staff at Bellagio. It's bright and open and clean. The convenience of the scooters at the bell hop desk is great. CVS pharmacy is right across the street. Love Sadelles for lunch and Michael Mina for dinner along with other high dining options. Wonderful service.

Really good hotel love it!!, the cleaning service not so good, I'm asking service 2 time(I stay 5 days)and they changed the bed, pick up trash but didn't vacuum and didn't clean the tub and bathroom floor.

Not like it used to be. Bring back the old Ballagi

We had a problem trying to get to the pool. Asked three employees and still could not find it so we were not able to use it. The casino smelt like smoke and was soooo cold not to mention how awful loud the music was. The check in people were fabulously nice. Parking garage area was awful as for room for a big place. Only two floors open and guests had to go round and round to park while the other half of the garage was house ing plants for fall decor…very sad.

Room was very dirty. Shower had something black splatter in it, food crumbs on carpet and bed, and makeup from previous guest left behind. Bathrobe in closet had stains on it-looked like it had been worn. Homeless people were hanging out in hallways and common areas with piles of their stuff sitting for most of the 4 days we were visiting. Extremely disappointed for the amount we spent on room, meals and at the Casino.
