Most of The staff was so rude. From the first day we got there. Calling the Concierge desk from the room went to a person working from home that was son nasty that the supervisor listened to the tape and profusely apologized. The casino. Was do Smokey we couldn’t breathe. We also was charged a resort fee for over $100 for no reason because no amenities were used.

I have stayed at the Bellagio several times. It's my favorite hotel in Vegas. Always beautiful, classy. This time I was a little disappointed. The rooms I had requested to be adjoining were not. They attempted to resolve it which was nice but only put on on the same floor. Far from one another. The rooms were dusty too. They've also made changes at the Palio coffee shop that I don't think are great. The pastries are still delicious, but the coffees are missing the glass mugs and chocolate shavings. I know this seems a bit petty, but to me its those small touches that set the Bellagio apart. It was just a bit disappointing.

First of all.. I don’t know what’s worse TSA at the airport or the front desk, the line was so long then when it was finally my turn the guest service lady that checked me had the funkiest attitude!!! I was taken back because I spent a hefty amount on this hotel at least give me a warm smile and welcome. After getting checked, she gives the keys and the little map and basically sends me my way, this hotel is HUGE you almost need a tour guy. Anyways I’m sure she had a long day, but that’s not my problem because so did I- she needed to look like she wanted to be there

The AC was broken ( lull blast cold) , it was fixed ( very nice repairmen ) then it was stuck on heat. I was unable to control the temp for the three day stay. Delivery charge for room service was not cool. Should be included with stay. I ended up going home with nasal & chest issues. Went to walk in clinic after I returned home… Bellagio is a beutiful place but needs to make sure there customers rooms are in perfect working condition & keep the customers health top priority…!

Staying at Bellagio is certainly an immersive experience. Rooms and facilities (lovely pool and solid fitness centre) are excellent. LOVED the Cirque du Soliel show - incredible athletes and stage production would see it 10 times if I could. Enjoyed the Palio coffee shop for breakfast. Also did quite well at Snacks for a quick meal before a show. Only drawback was overly expensive Buffet for seafood meal. Although there was a lot of food options pretty much NONE of it was good. Overall would stay at Bellagio again.
