Most of The staff was so rude. From the first day we got there. Calling the Concierge desk from the room went to a person working from home that was son nasty that the supervisor listened to the tape and profusely apologized. The casino. Was do Smokey we couldn’t breathe. We also was charged a resort fee for over $100 for no reason because no amenities were used.

Love the staff at Bellagio. It's bright and open and clean. The convenience of the scooters at the bell hop desk is great. CVS pharmacy is right across the street. Love Sadelles for lunch and Michael Mina for dinner along with other high dining options. Wonderful service.

Really good hotel love it!!, the cleaning service not so good, I'm asking service 2 time(I stay 5 days)and they changed the bed, pick up trash but didn't vacuum and didn't clean the tub and bathroom floor.

I booked a room in the spa tower. My shower filled up with water. My door handle in the bathroom was falling off and the bathtub would not fill up. I called the front desk and they said they’d fill out a form for somebody to come, but nobody ever came! Also had a resort credit of 150 which they never took off my bill and I’m fighting to get it. Put back on my card now I wouldn’t stay here again.
