When you book 3rd party you get the crappiest room. Doing it for 10 years. This year 5 day's and no housekeeping. Dumped towels and toilet paper in bathroom sink for myself to put away.

We had reservations beginning 6/21. Our flight to Vegas was scheduled to arrive just after midnight. I called to let them know that we would get there shortly after midnight and asked them to make note in the computer. We got to the Bellagio and they had given our room away! It was after daylight before we were put into a temporary room. We lost one whole night and im NOT happy about that! I'll never be back!

The staff were so wonderful. Everything was clean. As someone with mobility issues I felt like I was made to feel appreciated and special. The staff at Cirque "O" were fantastic and went above and beyond. Michael Mina's restaurant is superb. This was my second stay at Bellagio and I would definitely stay again.
