When we checked in on Oct 2 between 7-8 am the lady who checked us in wasn’t very friendly and we got a room with no view just wall view, tried to get another room but I didn’t want to deal with that front desk person who checked us in. The only problem we had also was the elevator our room was on the 5th floor and the elevator on the right side didn’t work at all and we had to wait awhile before we get on the elevator. Other than that we enjoyed the stay .

Everyone was great except the elevator service. Took way too long to get up and down. I heard from another patron that he has been coming to the rodeo here for the last 10 years and elevators have been the same so I expect no change
