The room was excellent, equipped with everything needed. Pool area good, limited offer in pool bar but ok. Check-out till 10:00 is far too early. We stayed in the hotel 7 nights but cleaning was done only twice. Each day when we left room (around noon) I asked personally the cleaning lady to take care of our room, she replied yes and when we came back in the evening nothing was done. It was really annoying.

I usually love staying at the Elara but for this stay they had me waiting for check in longer then normal and my bags took awhile to be delivered. But all in all an amazing time lace to stay

I booked a two bedroom corner suite months ago. It seems the timeshare owners get rooms with a view. We got a view of the planet Hollywood roof. It is a 60 floor plus hotel so given price paid expected some sort of view. Awful. And worse they were renovating above us. Loud banging started at 7:25am. Totally unacceptable. They finally moved us 4th night in after I complained but we left 2 days later. The shampoo and lotion bottles were empty and not refilled housekeeping. Pool was terrible. Small and absolutely no shade unless you paid. Right on busy street. I would never stay here again. Huge mistake. And I am Hilton honors member. Didn’t help.
