The room was nice, although it was in great need of updating. Also, we were disappointed to find at our room only had a view of the parking garage, which was not what we expected within upgraded Deluxe level room. There were four rooms in our party and we all had the same lovely view. However, we really enjoyed the pool area and the restaurants. Hopefully next time we return there will be a nicer room available.

The staff at check in, bell service, room service, and maintenance were all great. The smoke smell from the casino was horrible! People smoking right next to the food court made dining there a bad experience. The room smelled of sewage. Daily calls to maintenance to spray was required. There was no effort to proactively alleviate the problem (e.g. spray during room make over or moving to another room). The food from room service was fantastic. It was delivered quickly and came fresh & hot. I used to stay here every time I visited Vegas but unfortunately this last experience would make me hesitate to stay again.

It was disappointing that the fitness center was not free. There was no shuttle to the strip. The hot tub was full of kids. The pool was not heated. They gave us 20percent coupon and we couldn’t use it anywhere except the overpriced coffee shop on site.
