We enjoyed our stay overall - the service was excellent with one minor complaint: the front desk staff could have been a little more knowledgable about the rooms upon check in - I asked if I'd be able to access any streaming services on the hotel room TV and the front desk's reply was no - but once in the room, I found that guests could at least access their netflix account using the TV menu. Other hotels I've stayed at also offer check-out through this same interface, but I was unable to find such an option and felt obligated to check out in person - when I thought the front desk staff could have been a little friendlier - but to their credit, they did offer luggage assistance and waters. My guest relayed to me that she felt rushed out of the spa well before closing - but this was not my experience at the spa. I consider these minor issues and would happily stay at the M again in the future.

First time staying here due to attending exotic racing experience a mile away. Highly prefer staying in the strip but tried here instead. The rooms have no insulation and you can hear every door open and close in the hallway very loud. The beds are very firm and pillows are cheap. No in room coffee maker. Refrigerator was broken. The steakhouse was excellent dining, but only go to Jayde at 16 for drinks, appetizers and the view. All entrees were bad in our group.

This was my first stay at the M. The room was so beautiful. It was very comfortable and large compared to most other resort rooms. The pool was great, and the entire design of the place inside and out was really nice. There was a live band in one of the bars in the evening which was so fun. The breakfast at Marinelli's was awesome with the open ceiling. I liked that the resort is smaller and felt much more private and relaxing.

I didn’t know this was the official Raiders hotel, so insert loud unruly guests and the team wasn’t even in town. A home game must be a nightmare there unless you’re one of them. The dealers were cold, quiet and almost to the point of being angry this was their job. No fun playing there. The check in staff was very nice a complete opposite of the casino. Unfortunately no more of my money will be spent there.

Overall the M Resort is a very good choice when staying in the Las Vegas area. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Dining options are very good within the Resort without having to leave the property. The Casino has various card games and plenty of slots to choose from. On the downside, the Casino area is not a smoke free area and can be unbearable. The rooms although very nice have plumbing (water) noises that can be heard throughout the night as you try to sleep. The wall soundproofing is also an issue in that you can hear your neighbors getting their groove on (lol). And lastly, the elevators seem a little eerie as you can hear clanging sounds coming within the elevator shaft. One last comment; I would not recommend for children as there appears to be nothing to do for them (other than the pool) and I would probably not go back as the smoking in the Casino is not healthy for me.
