Only 1 employee at check-in with a line 6 deep. Call for backup, no one wants to wait 15-20 minutes for a room upon arrival. Never heard housekeeping be so LOUD constantly letting doors slam and bang against the door locks. Get a doorstop! Mentioned the resort fee and what floor the pool and spa were on, but didn’t mention the entire outside is shut down. No heaters, no hot tub, nothing. Really just an unprofessional shop all around.

The pool was closed for season. That was not noted that I saw on our reservations, and they still charged the complete resort fee. As Always, we loved the hotel/resort. It is a very clean, comfortable place to stay just disappointed the pool wasn't open.
