Okay hotel

Didn't have the the single beds I made the reservation for. Bathrooms smell like cigarettes. Smell was unpleasant. Other than that hotel and staff were fine.

Overall decent off-Strip alternative, but not grea

Pros: Friendly staff from the buffet, to the slots, to security staff.
Cons: see main comments..and almost forgot. Kitchen at the Oyster Bar needs to learn how to cook rice. It's not supposed to be a wet, sticky overcooked ball
Location: Best thing about location is you can avoid the nightmare of the Strip.
Staff was very friendly..but hard to recommend this hotel strongly. For almost $150/night after taxes and resort fee over a 4-night stay including a Friday...I expected better quality. The wi-fi conked out on my 4th night without explanation. The TV channel interface is maddening to use. Pretty lame channel selection. I couldn't even look up what movies where available because the on-screen interface only worked sporadically. Evey single elevator has some sort of quirk. Either a bad card reader or a floor that nobody picked would automatically light up and you have to make an extra stop. Not enough towels set out for guest at pool entrance. Out of the three mornings I went out to swim when the pool opens at 11 a.m., on two of the mornings at least one lifeguard was late to work and guest can't swim without two lifeguards on duty. great. And if you leave your do-not-disturb sign on your door while you go out to swim so you can get back to your room without having to wait for housekeeping to finish..forget having your room cleaned up at all. They just give up and don't even try to come back and service the room. Longest hallway ever you have to walk from hotel registration desk to hotel elevators...so be prepared if you have kids or lots of luggage. hmm...what else, oh yeah...almost all of the outlets in my room were worn out and my charging plugs wouldn't stay in. Had to use the plug at the base of one lamp to charge my phone and computer.

Nice place to stay.

Quiet, neat, clean. Nice restaurants. The only negative was the tobacco smell in the lobby/gaming/restaurants.
