Only 1 employee at check-in with a line 6 deep. Call for backup, no one wants to wait 15-20 minutes for a room upon arrival. Never heard housekeeping be so LOUD constantly letting doors slam and bang against the door locks. Get a doorstop! Mentioned the resort fee and what floor the pool and spa were on, but didn’t mention the entire outside is shut down. No heaters, no hot tub, nothing. Really just an unprofessional shop all around.

The staff was condescending and rude. We ended up going somewhere else. If you aren’t dressed to the nines and rich, do not stay here. I thought this would be a nice, restful, plush hotel. Instead they wish they were on the strip, but they aren’t.

Smokey- smelling dining area. Huge amenities fee -for what? The lobby was pretty, but that’s open to the public for free. The pool wasn’t even open! The room was only okay, not worth the money at all. The bakery was very nice. We took advantage of the free valet parking but it was almost an inconvenience having to wait for the car. We were in the area for a wedding and we don’t enjoy gambling. Maybe, if you like gambling, you would like the place. The smoking smell really turned me off but I think the venting was pretty good. If you’re less sensitive to it you might not be too affected by it.
