Check in was complicated. LINQ tells you that you can check in virtually, but we still had to go to the kiosk, and then the "room wasn't ready" at 11:30PM, so we had to see an agent at the desk, and they told us that the type of reservation we had was whatever room was leftover, reason why it showed not available, so we basically get the worst type of room (even the agent told us that we could come back the following day if we wanted to request a change in rooms). The room was clean but not maintained. The shampoo holder in the shower was hanging by a threat, which the staff knew because they had put the shampoo container on top of the other and left the holder hanging, and it actually fell on its own during the stay.

Requested a non smoking with king size bed, got smoking room with two full size beds with a view of a wall. Room did not have a coffee maker, two drawers for clothes, washing towels were nasty. not a good experience

Great location, but make sure you’re dead tired when you want to sleep, Beds were terrible, mattresses are hard, similar to the mats from kindergarten naps. Resort fees were $198 for 3 nights

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in Vegas. The room had a bad smell and was very dark inside, making it feel uninviting. The parking garage was a total mess — multiple guests couldn’t get out, causing long backups and delays of 20–30 minutes just to enter or exit. To make things worse, guest services never answered the phone, so we were stuck without help. Extremely disappointing stay.

The room was fine, but I was surprised to see no door for the bathroom. I was not very comfortable with this type of experience. A 20 oz soda, and two bottles of water cost $36 dollars which, when coupled with the $20 per day to use the garage, is unacceptable, and why I will probably try to find a different arrangement if I return.
