There were limited check in staff. All the food options are fast food. The halls are like walking thru a dungeon. The bathroom didn’t have hand soap or body wash. The shower had soap scum. The room window was dirty & it smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no fridge, bottled water or coffee maker. The pool area is tiny. I believe the hotel charged a resort fee for each guest. None of the outlets worked on the lamps. AC worked great but was dirty. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Tiny room

The ground floor of the Linq is absolutely wonderful. Lots of things to do and see. The rooms (2) we were in were the worst rooms I've ever been in. Our first room was moldy with no soap anywhere. The dispensers that were present were bone dry. One waste basket in the bathroom. That's it. No refrigerator (although there was a spot for one) and the fan in the bathroom was disconnected (even though it was desperately needed). Our air conditioner sounded like a B-52 warming up for take off. After we complained, we were switched to an identical room several floors u. This room did smell better but again there was a problem with soap. Hand soap in the shower, not body wash, ad NO soap for the sinnnk. We had to use soap we brought from the Hampton Inn two nights before. Our room came with three bath towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth. The bath towels were replaced daily but once we used the wash cloth and hand towel we never saw another. By the last night of our stay, housekeeping didn't even bother to leave a floor mat. As a test, my wife took one of her long hairs and placed it in the sink. When we checked out three days later, it was still there. Lastly, when we moved to a different room there was a large vertical light near the elevator that was constantly flashing. It needed to be replaced. I am guessing it still needs to be replaced even though the housekeeping staff walked by it numerous times every day. We won't be back.

The whole experience was pleasantly suprising considering the affordable rates. Nice rooms, good service and lots of food options within the hotel. The only downside was not getting towels and cups and the room vacuumed on the 2nd day but guest services took care of our towel situation. Nice experience for the most part.

I liked the promenade very much. The room was too small. There was no hand soap in our room. This was brought to staffs attention and they did nothing about it. We don't want to stay in a room ever where there is no refrigerator and microwave. That is just not acceptable 😒

Restrooms in casino could be cleaner. Hard to find a working machine to cash out tickets. Room and location were good.

We enjoyed the promenade and the easy access to the monorail from our hotel. We did not enjoy the general atmosphere and especially the lack of hotel staff during check in or to answer any questions we had. People were very polite but it was difficult to get a live person to speak with.
